Christmas Recipe.. .Choclate Cocoa Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp —– Butter
- ¼ cup —– Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp —– Water
- ½ tsp —– Vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups —– Powdered sugar
Preparation
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in cocoa and water.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating with whisk until smooth.
- Add additional water, ½ teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency.
- Spread glaze over top of cake, allowing glaze to drizzle down sides.

ANGEL - THIERRY MUGLER
Popular for a reason
Angel, a 1992 fragrance from Thierry mugler, has been extremely popular this year. It was never a household name, until recently it boomed and achieve a wide recognition. I am personally not all that fond of him because it make me crave for food more than anything (contains a strong chocolate-vanilla aroma in it), but I cannot summarize 2011 without including this piece of work here.The strong chocolate vanilla ice-cream kind of scent, is a love it or hate it scenario. Some swear by it, while other swear when they lay their nose on it. I can only say I find it pleasant after a long while where everything that remains from it is less-overwhelmingly-sweet honey.
Gaajar ki Kheer
A classical Pakistani winter dessert that is made with fresh carrot, milk and solid milk. Present it after any meal or eat it in mid time. In this carrot season must make carrot pudding.
